I have never been the type of person to keep a sketch book. There are two kind of scary things about it to me. One, being that a sketchbook is something people typically sketch in when they're not at home. And second, it is a book of drawings that cannot be changed or removed. They are all bound together permanently.

So now, I am keeping a sketch book and carrying it with me everywhere. Sometimes I draw in it privately, but a lot of the time I am using it in public.

And one of my rules for this is if anyone asks to see it I have to show it to them.
